High Valley was founded in 2001 by Brad and Leeann Jensen. With many years of experience in the field, working as direct care staff and in administrative capacities, they decided to open a DDA of their own where they created an environment in which individuals would thrive. This included achieving success, self worth, and acceptance. Also allowing those with functional needs and for persons living with disabilities to feel comfortable and proud of themselves. Shortly after opening their first location, High Valley expanded, 3 years later centers began opening in Nampa, Boise, Payette, and Mountain Home. Today, with only 2 locations operating in Nampa and Boise, High Valley is recognized as one of the largest DDA providers in the state, providing disability services to over 100 participants.
The Owners of High Valley care deeply for not just the participants but their employees as well. It shows in the high moral the staff has and how long many of the staff have been employed there. My boys have been at High Valley for many years. They love it there - I love having them there! I feel they are safe and the owners and staff go above and beyond what they are suppose to do. I would, and have, recommended High Valley to anyone in need of a developmental center!
Very Great People!
Very Caring and Generous.
The center that Dawn goes to is called High Valley Developmental in Boise . They took the clients to Jump Time today. When Dawn left this morning she was telling us that she wasn't going to participate in the jumping. Well, this picture tells a different story!
The staff at High Valley are some pretty amazing people and we really appreciate them.
